A Message from the Couple

To all of our loved ones and future guests, we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

There’s only one thing in our way, the 0.1 micron elephant in the room whose name we know all too well. We want our wedding to be a true celebration where our guests can feel comfortable, joyous, and above all, safe. For this reason, we are choosing to delay our in-person ceremony until we are fully confident that all who want to attend can do so safely.

With that in mind, while there is no date in mind for the full celebration, there is an incredibly exciting one we can share! On February 22nd, 2022, we were officially married in an intimate ceremony, just the two of us. Please see the photos and videos added to the event page!

In navigating the uncertainly around choosing a wedding date in this current climate, we learned two important things. One, the safety and comfort of our guests was our largest concern. And two, we were incredibly excited and eager to marry each other. With each of these elements pulling us in opposite directions, we made the decision to expedite our “official” wedding date and delay our full celebration until we are able to guarantee the event we both envision.
